Free Shipping Policy & Shipping Information

All products in our store are eligible for free shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas.

Our products and services are mainly available in the following countries and regions:

United States, Puerto Rico (U.S.), Canada, Mexico, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Haiti.

South America:
Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Paraguay, Argentina, Ecuador, Panama, Bolivia, Uruguay, Suriname, Chile, Peru.

Central America:
Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala.

Europe:
France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Iceland, Belgium, Poland, Italy, Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Czech Republic, Portugal, Austria, Greece, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Hungary.

If your shipping address is located in other countries or regions, please feel free to contact us via email at service@carwraplab.com.

If your address is identified as a remote area by the logistics system, an additional Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) will be charged. The RAS is typically around USD 50–100.


2. Customs & Duties (DDU Terms)

We ship under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that prices on our website do not include any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and payment of applicable taxes. If you need assistance with customs clearance, please contact us.

2.1 A tax identification number is required for shipments to EU countries.


3. Shipping & Packaging Information

After payment is received, orders will be shipped within 2 business days via SF Express / UPS / FedEx / DHL / TNT.

If a selected color is out of stock, we will notify you by email or SMS and temporarily hold the shipment. We will restock as quickly as possible and ship your order once available.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment.

Packaging for Vinyl Wrap & Paint Protection Film (PPF):

  • Full rolls and small rolls with a total length under 26 meters are usually packed in one package.

  • For orders exceeding two rolls:

    • Shipments from the U.S. warehouse will be combined into one package.

    • Shipments from China will have each roll packed separately.

  • Small batch orders under 26 meters will be packed in one parcel.

  • Orders exceeding 26 meters will be split into multiple packages based on the net length ordered, using the same tracking number.

  • If you require each roll to be packed separately, please contact our support team at sales@vinylfrog.com.

Packaging for Interior Car Wrap Films:

  • Orders of 5 meters or more will be packed in boxes.

Important Notice:
If you have any special packaging requirements, please leave a note during checkout. If no note is provided, we will ship using our default packaging method.


4. Shipping Time

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Regular Products: 7–12 business days

  • Free Products: 7–12 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience a delay of 2–3 days.

Free Shipping Countries/Regions:
United States, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan.


5. PO Box Addresses

We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address to ensure successful delivery.


6. Signature Required for Some Orders

To ensure timely and secure delivery, a signature will be required under the following circumstances:

  • Order value exceeds USD 1,000

  • Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas

  • Orders identified as high-risk or potentially fraudulent

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.


7. Order Cancellation Policy

We only accept cancellation requests within 8 hours after the order is placed.

  • Cancellations within 8 hours will incur a USD 10–40 processing fee.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after 8 hours.


8. Damaged Packaging During Transit

We will replace packaging materials damaged during transportation. Please retain the damaged box and take photos or videos as evidence. Then file a complaint with the carrier, obtain the complaint number, and submit it to us so we can resolve the issue promptly.


9. Order Notes Clarification

If you leave a note with your order and we are unable to understand it, we will pause shipment and contact you as soon as possible. Shipment will resume only after all issues are clarified.


10. Order Risk Policy

  • If an order is identified as high risk, it will be canceled immediately and fully refunded.

  • If an order is classified as medium risk, we will contact you for verification. Shipment will be arranged after receiving your confirmation.

  • If no response is received within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
