Return and exchange policy

At CarWrapLab, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

*If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

1. Return and exchange conditions

1.1 Applicable circumstances

  • Manufacturing defects: The product has obvious manufacturing defects such as damage or dirt/stains that cannot be removed on specific units of measurement (e.g., 1 meter, 2 meters, 3 meters).
  • Logistics-related damage: The product is damaged during transit.
  • Noticeable color difference: There is a noticeable color difference in the product received.
  • Product or color error: If the delivered product does not match your order (e.g., wrong color or size).

1.2 Supplementary Notes

If the ordered product is damaged upon receipt, the customer must keep the ordered product and packaging for the logistics team to inspect at the time of pickup.

1.3 Black-out

  • Slight color aberration or cosmetic differences that are not related to product quality.
  • The packaging is not in its original unopened condition.
  • Items that have been used or damaged by customers.
  • Unauthorized alteration of the product.
  • Sell goods
  • Special order items
  • Tools or accessories
  • Paper or sample
  • Custom-designed products
  • Millet rolls cut from standard whole rolls

2. Application Period

  • Return request: must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchange Request: Must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Return and exchange process

3.1 Contact Customer Service

To return or exchange an item, please email service@carwraplab.com with the following details:

  • The order number and the lot number of the item you ordered.
  • A detailed description of the issue (including photos or videos).
  • The solution you wish (refund or replacement).

3.2 Review and approval

We will review your application and notify you of the approval or rejection result within 1-2 business days.

3.3 Returns

  • Non-US orders: Please return the goods to our warehouse in China:

  • US orders (full roll only): Please contact our customer service department for return instructions from our US warehouse.

4. Return shipping costs

  • Shipping and taxes are non-refundable.
  • For defective items (manufacturing defects, shipping issues, or wrong products), Carwraplab will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind or an order error), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • For orders originally shipped from China to the United States, the customer will also be responsible for any duties, taxes, or related fees incurred during the return process if a return is requested for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or order error.
  • Notes:
    • Cancellations made due to personal reasons will incur a 5% handling fee to cover operational and exchange rate losses.
    • If the handling fee exceeds 5% of the order amount, the actual handling fee will be charged. This policy is effective as of February 2025.

5. Refund

5.1 Refund Method

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal).
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment service provider.

5.2 Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

1. Check your bank account.

2. Contact your bank or credit card company for possible delays.
